A Constitutional Transition Commission shall be established with the task of overseeing the implementation of this constitution — including the review of existing law for conformity with it, the establishment of the bodies and offices it creates, and the resolution of any practical questions arising during the transition to full constitutional governance. The Commission shall report regularly and publicly on the progress of implementation. Members of the Constitutional Transition Commission who take up their role shall have the opportunity to take the oath of office established in Article 90.
