Article 30 — The Right to Be Forgotten

Every person has the right to have information about them removed from public circulation where that information is no longer relevant, where its continued circulation causes ongoing harm disproportionate to any legitimate public interest, and where a reasonable period of time has passed.

This right does not apply to public figures in relation to their exercise of public power, matters of genuine ongoing public interest, or serious crimes. Where this right and the right to free expression conflict, the courts shall weigh them honestly and proportionately.
