Every person has the right to work, to be treated fairly in the workplace, to receive honest payment for their labour, and to organise collectively. The worker is at least as important as the corporation. No person shall be discriminated against in employment on the basis of characteristics irrelevant to the work. Merit, ability, and conduct are the only legitimate bases for employment decisions. No corporation shall profit in Ireland while paying its workers poverty wages.
